1. Acceptance

By accessing Lured you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lured. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Purchases & Transactions

All purchases are completed via our official Discord server. Clicking Buy on any product redirects you to Discord where a team member processes your order.

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified by a team member
• Digital products are delivered promptly upon confirmed payment
• Keep your order confirmation for your records

4. Licenses & Usage

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. The standard license includes personal and commercial use in up to one end product. It does not include redistribution, resale, or sharing of product files with third parties.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital goods, all sales are generally final. If a product is faulty or misrepresented, contact us within 7 days via Discord or our contact page and we will make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including branding, design, and copy — is owned by Lured. Products sold on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
